Every living thing has its own unique frequency, from an organ in your body to your own thoughts and feelings. Stress and illness results in disruptions to these natural frequencies. Harmonic Frequency Alignment uses different tones and frequencies to shift energetic resonance in our bodies and restore harmony and balance. This can release blocked energy, old cellular memories, negative emotions, and other blockages and result in deep relaxation and calm.

What to Expect

After discussion of the session intent and an assessment of the general health of your energy system, sound frequencies will be generated by various instruments (i.e. tuning forks, drums, bowls, etc.) to shift the harmonic resonance of the energy field surrounding your body. There is no direct physical contact in this form of energetic alignment. The last segment of the session is time dedicated to discussion of the experience for deeper integration and reflection purposes.

QHHT is a guided hypnosis experience that allows you to access deeper levels of consciousness and gain insight into life patterns, purpose, and inner questions. In the Theta brainwave state, clients can experience insights, energetic healing, and greater spiritual connection. QHHT appointments typically last approximately 4 hours and include past life regression and communication with the Higher Self.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)

QHHT is a form of guided hypnosis designed to access clarity, inner wisdom, and self-healing. In the Theta brainwave state, clients can experience insights, energetic healing, and spiritual connection. QHHT appointments typically last approximately 4 hours and includes past life regression and communication with the Higher Self. The session may also include energetic or emotional release that is initiated by the Higher Self and in alignment with the Client’s highest good.

What to Expect:

The session begins with an interview (45 – 60 minutes) in a conversational environment. The purpose for the interview is to review Client questions, discuss the Client’s motivations for the QHHT session, and identify major life themes, significant relationships, etc. After the interview, the hypnosis portion of the session begins and lasts for approx. 2.5 hours. After the hypnosis, the Practitioner and Client will review key points of the QHHT experience and discussion elements to assist the Client with further integration of the experience.

Important: Completion of all QHHT stages is not guaranteed. Factors such as the Client’s receptivity to hypnosis, alignment with the Client’s highest good, and the Client’s safety and well-being dictate the stages and length of stages in the QHHT session. In the event that hypnosis is unsuccessful, the Client can consent to transition to an in-person Reiki session.
