Welcome! The Owl’s Lantern was born of my own experiences as I navigated spiritual awakening, trauma recovery, and relearning how to “do” life from new perspectives. One of the greatest truths revealed to me was that the body (energetic and physical) needs patience and extra care whenever you are working on the “deep stuff”. After all, they have been holding and protecting you all this time and it is hard to let go!

The Owl’s Lantern is a space where guidance, energetic support, and growth converge, and where reflection and integration are central to your transformation. For this reason, I specialize in distance energy work through virtual and remote experiences that empower you to receive support in your own space, on your own time, and in the way that serves your highest good. Importantly, every offering includes dedicated time for reflection and intuitive integration to fully absorb insights, process emotions, and embody transformation.
